President
Karen Natario is proud to be the Managing Partner and President of Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network. Formally trained as a Speech Language Pathologist, Karen has since earned her Executive MBA and boasts over 30 years of experience in the healthcare and rehabilitation field. After working in outpatient rehabilitation and directing start-up, acquisitions, and operations of many sites for a large corporate group, Karen found her true passion in helping entrepreneurial therapists establish their own practice(s). Inspired and driven to put her passion into action, Karen joined Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network. Pinnacle is rooted in independence, respect, and results and works directly with therapists and others who aspire to open their own practice or improve the performance of one. As Managing Partner and President, Karen puts her extensive capabilities to use in the start-up of practices; management of PT services; and the implementation of ‘best practice’ standards that encompass the full scope of the business – including billing and AR management, compliance, operations, sales and financial performance.Karen has worked with over one hundred therapists, partnered with twenty-five therapists in twenty-three offices across New England, co-founded Progress Rehabilitation Network in Virginia, and assisted practices with improving their operations – succeeding across the spectrum of healthcare environments. Karen is a true leader and partner who prides herself on maintaining a collaborative environment with her Partners and always encouraging excellence and respect to achieve the highest level of success.

Vice President
Dan is a partner and serves as Vice President for the network, assisting current partners and clinics with all aspects of business development from start up to ongoing strategic planning. He provides practice management, development, clinical and compliance support to PRN’s consultation and management contract partners. Dan promotes Pinnacle’s ability to be innovative and collaborative with other delivery systems in a changing healthcare environment. Believing in outcomes driven evidence based physical therapy, he holds lifelong learning in high regard. Dan received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University, and is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) awarded through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists. Dan is certified in Dry Needling (Cert-DN), and Spinal Manipulative Therapy (Cert-SMT) through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. Through significant advanced training, he has also earned the prestigious Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT). Further, Dan has completed his Diploma in Osteopractic, awarded to therapist completing an intensive 12-18 month post-professional training program. He is a long time member of the American Physical Therapy Association and contributes to the Private Practice Section and has served as an editorial board member of the APTA’s Private Practice Section IMPACT publication, and as Chairman of the Board of a local college.

Financial Manager
Stefanie began working as an office manager at Pinnacle Physical Therapy in 2004, taking on the roles of scheduler, billing and collections. While starting her career with Pinnacle she continued to further her education, attending Hesser College where she received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Stefanie quickly grew in the company and was promoted to Financial Manager. She found that she enjoyed the details and success she could achieve in the billing and A/R management. Her achievement in managing these details expanded into taking on the responsibility of managing the billing & collection department, protecting the financial integrity of Pinnacle, and reporting financials and benchmarks for the entire network. She collaborates with the facility partners and our accountant to maximize results. Stefanie has been instrumental in Pinnacle’s strong financial performance insuring that not only best practices are followed but also challenged and raising the bar.

Veronique Dinan, Regional Office Coordinator
Veronique began working in the Raymond clinic as the Office Manager in 2007. In 2011, she came to PRN and is now the Regional Office Coordinator. Her responsibilities include facility office training, establishment of policies and procedures, and staying current with insurance requirements. She provides all training for new hires and serves as a key point of contact to support the facilities.

Erica Burke, Billing Manager
Erica Burke began as an Office Manager at Excel Physical Therapy. She was recently promoted to the office of PRN, where she is now a Billing Manager. Her responsibilities include managing A/R, patient statements, billing, insurance posting, and end of month balancing for multiple sites. She also works with the front office staff by overseeing all new patient registrations and verifications to ensure accuracy.


PRN SUPPORT STAFF

Laurie Webber, Billing Manager
Laurie’s responsibilities, as a Billing Manager for multiple facilities, include processing all billing and following up on the A/R weekly for each site. She also works directly with each of the front offices to ensure accuracy of all patient information. With 10 years of experience, Laurie is dedicated to providing excellent organizational skills, dependability, and great customer service.

Amanda Francis, Billing Manager
Amanda is a graduate of Northern Essex Community College with an Associates Degree in accounting. Her responsibilities include billing, collections and AR management of multiple facilities. Amanda works closely with the Partners and their Office Intake Coordinators at each facility making certain that all day to day functions are accurate to insure clean claims and maintenance of all patient accounts.
