Yes. There are many ways to join the organization as a partner. We have had partners who started as students and were promoted through the ranks to partner. We have had current employees buy out existing partners who were retiring. We have had employees buy into an existing facility. There are multiple pathways to ownership. Of course, if ownership isnt a path you want to choose, we have multiple management and director level positions as well.

Pinnacle handles all the back office functions, legal, HR, finance, reporting, benchmarking, banking, personal and professional growth education and support.

When an employee joins the organization they tend to self identify as wanting management/ownership, or clinical excellence. While we are known for providing opportunity for clinical ownership and management, we are equally as strong in clinical advancement opportunity. We have two levels of clinical excellence, our Physical Therapist Advanced, and Physical Therapists Specialist are earned after gaining certain advanced credentials that we help you achieve!
