Pinnacle Adopts New EMR: Here is what the therapists are saying!

August 23rd, 2023 News

Plaistow NH:

Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network is pleased to announce the adoption of a new, modern, easy, and fast EMR. Recognizing the increased burden of documentation on its staff,  Pinnacle was looking to adopt a new EMR that leveraged technology and automation. After months of exploration, due diligence and testing, Pinnacle choose Prompt EMR.

A recent survey of staff indicates that that we are headed in the right direction! Although early into adoption, the vast majority of clinicians are already expressing that their documentation time is decreasing, freeing up more time to spend with their patients! The electronic intake, the smart text, the fully integrated HEP, customizable flow sheet, and schedule automation are some of our staff’s favorite time savers! The system is continuously evolving and getting better! We look forward to utilizing the systems full capability and continuing to reign in the documentation burden for our therapists.

Introducing TheraOffice Patient Portal!

January 21st, 2021 News

We have upgraded our intake process!

We are excited to announce that we are using a new patient portal! In our efforts to keep you and your health information safe, we have gone paperless. Our new patient portal system allows you to fill out your health information remotely. The portal is not only mobile friendly, but once you are a registered patient with us; our system will securely store your information should you return. This process saves you valuable time and decreases redundant requests for information every time you return to our practice. Stay tuned for more enhancements including mobile check in and mobile co-pay coming early in 2021!

Patients will receive information on the patient portal directly to their  email when scheduling an evaluation. This email will be sent from the Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network and our EMR vendor, [email protected] . The subject is Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network Patient Portal Invitation.

Because we value your feedback, we have also implemented a new way of determining your overall satisfaction. The NPS (Net Promoter Score) is a nationally recognized and widely used method of measuring patient satisfaction. After your initial visit and at some points throughout your care you will receive a short satisfaction survey from us. We strive for 10/10 every time with every patient and use the information gathered from these surveys to improve care and to recognize staff.

Fall Updates – Health Fair and Having Some Fun

November 14th, 2017 News

Two of our PT clinics – Somersworth Physical Therapy and Portsmouth Physical Therapy – took part in the 4th Annual Health Fair at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, New Hampshire! They provided great information on physical therapy’s benefits (and on their offices) to the many individuals in attendance.

And, late last week, we hosted the 1st annual flag football game between clinics! Team Portsmouth Physical Therapy beat Hampton/Seabrook by a narrow margin in the freezing weather! Everyone had a great time (including the incredible cheering section that stuck it out in the cold), and we look forward to continuing the fun in our 2nd annual game next year!
