Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network is proud to add two new partners to our already tremendous group of practices. These are outstanding physical therapists who, like each of those already within our network, place the highest priority on patient centered and outcomes driven care.

One of these new partners is Phil Denema and Spine & Sports PT out of his new location in Ridgefield, Connecticut.

The second of these new partners is Steven Smith and Delta PT at his location in Dorchester, Massachusetts.
